Meeting called to order.
Introduction of guests:
-
Sam Smith is joining us from the local school along with his wife Debra.
Bob spoke about event 1 update. Proposed motion to allow Bob to spend $50 on Flyers. Sue seconded the montion and the members passed the motion.
Update on demo activity - Sue gave us a quick update on the progress. We are on track to hold the activity on Aug. 5th.
Update on Event 2 - Jill was not at the meeting so we will reschedule the update until the next meeting.
Event 3 Update - Bryan P work on partnering with local business to cut costs on this activity.
New Business:
Letter received from the XYZ organization looking for funds for a new playground they are building in the city park. Members voted on and passed the motion to donate $xxx.xx to the purchasing of the equipment.
Next meeting scheduled for October 15th, 2015.
